Research Description
Brieux’s research focuses on the measurement and mitigation of
low-frequency seismic vibrations affecting precision scientific instruments.
His work includes the design of a thermalised inertial sensor for vibration
compensation in an absolute quantum gravimeter, as well as the development
of rotation sensors for low-frequency isolation systems in gravitational
wave detectors.
